How One Loaf Started It All

Like many people, I struggled to find foods that didn't leave me feeling uncomfortable. Bread was one of the biggest challenges. Store-bought options often left me dealing with digestive issues, and I started to believe that enjoying a simple slice of bread just wasn't in the cards for me.

Everything changed when I discovered traditional sourdough.

Because of its slow fermentation process and simple ingredients, sourdough became one of the few breads I could enjoy without the discomfort I had experienced before. What started as a personal journey to find a bread that worked for my body quickly turned into a passion for baking.

I began making loaves for family and friends, sharing the same bread that had made such a difference for me. Seeing others enjoy it as much as I did inspired me to take the next step and open my micro bakery.

Today, every loaf is baked in small batches from my home kitchen using simple ingredients, plenty of patience, and a whole lot of love. My goal is to create delicious sourdough that brings people together and helps them rediscover how enjoyable bread can be.

Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to share something that has become such a meaningful part of my life.
